The Customized solutions may come from simple modifications applied to any of our standard models to complete new developments. Whenever the market does not offer a suitable solution for a particular application we can find other options.

Army

The Army units are prepared according to the specific needs and performances of the military forklift trucks. We are NCAGE registered (Code 9B4EB), and our products are ready to meet air transportation, blackout lights, 24V electric system...

Products

The multi-purpose nature of our products means that they have many potential applications, both in rough terrain and industrial environments: construction, industry, farming, mining, military and agriculture, to name just a few. We don't use plastics in our frames, so the general resistance of chassis, cabin and covers will maintain your Bomaq as in new condition, no matter the conditions. This, along with the used of high quality components results in a high lifetime product.

After Sales

Offering a service, that offers all the information the customer may need, both for documentation and technical issues, without the need to contact us. Furthermore, all of our units share electrical, hydraulic and transmission schematics, thus making our customers' lives much simpler. So once the technicians are familiar with one model, they are fully equipped to assist you with our entire range. In fact, most of the service parts are the same, so you don't have to keep a huge stock to give service to our full product range. Furthermore, whenever we make any change or update, we make it to be compatible with previous models.

Spare Parts

An efficient parts service, that allows the customer to easily find and buy the parts needed, and in just a few minutes. Gone are the days of waiting around to receive the offer of the parts you need. With all the references, drawings and photos, it is quite easy, making the parts support much faster and more efficient. On the other hand, the usage of worldwide known suppliers, means support and parts stock all over the world, for the complete product lifetime. As a part of the warranty, we can include maintenance kits with the machines, so you will forget about additional costs when you receive your Bomaq forklift.

We organize TRAINING MEETINGS, to give our customers updates about new developments and projects, as well as to have also their valuable feedback from their machines. For those customers who cannot visit us, we can also offer ONLINE TRAINING.
